We have days in our lives that we classify as bad days. You must remember these days do not sum up your life. Some days just get off to a rough start. Some days, nothing goes right. Let those days remain where they came from and do not dwell on them. They can do nothing more than further interrupt you.
I want to talk about healing this week. Healing can take on many forms and variations. However, healing comes when you are ready to work through the hurt and pain and let go. Pain can weigh you down and make life a little harder than necessary. You make the decision when you are ready to walk away and let the burden of your pain no longer affect you.
