We, as humans, often become frustrated with a lot of things that could potentially lead to an emotional eruption (meltdown). There is nothing wrong with taking a moment to regroup and reprioritize everything that is happening in that appointed time. Some people cry, eat a tub of ice-cream or sleep. The issue is taking up residency in that moment and allowing yourself to be controlled by that frustration. You must take control of yourself and take the steps to move forward. F
No one can you make feel less than unless you give them the power. Your happiness is not determined by how people view you. It is all in what you think. You cannot let what you don't have or where you are in life dim your happiness and joy. Focus on the positive in your life. Don't miss out on the moments that matter. Embrace the journey, appreciate the detours and think about what you want to achieve in the future.
Wisdom, compassion, and courage are qualities that allow you to grow, personally and professionally. Wisdom provides you with guidance. Compassion teaches you sympathy for yourself and others.
