Wisdom Wednesday

August 31, 2016

Often times we ask God for something and expect a "Yes." We know deep in our hearts that we deserve what we have asked for and when we get a "No" response, it feels wrong. Or, if we don't get a response, we continue to ask for a response and feel that God has neglected us. We sometimes fail to realize that God only has our best interest in mind, and a "No" from God isn't a bad thing. He knows what best for you and will not let you falter.

"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." ~Psalm 32:8

"The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever." ~Psalm 121:7-8
