We all know that popular phrase, may have even used once or twice in our conversations, "actions speak louder than words." It's an old age adage that is still true today. It is easy to say what you want to do or to make promises, but when it comes down to actually following through do you still make the effort? Are you still committed to what you once said, whether it was said 5 minutes, 5 months or 5 years ago? As individuals who strive to make a difference within our sphere of influence, our word must be backed up by our actions. The proof of how committed we are is based on how we act. You do not want to be known as someone who is "all talk." People should have the ability to have faith in the words you speak. Don't just speak it, do it. If you make a commitment, no matter the circumstance, you should follow through.
Allow the two to match, allow your actions to be heard at the same level your words are.
