Goals, Not Resolutions
Happy New Year! I’m sure you have thought of ways to change yourself for the better in this New Year. By now you’ve probably already made your New Years resolutions and have established some timeline. Congratulations, you are taking some steps to better yourself. Let’s take it a step further and change those resolutions to goals.
People often fall off from resolutions because once the shine of the new year wears off, so does the motivation of the resolutions. However, setting goals and timelines to accomplish those goals allow you complete the goals you have established.
