Stress. We all have a form of stress we deal with daily, whether it is school, work, family or anything else. It is something we experience on a daily basis. However, if you remember that the stress will not kill you, you have the ability to overcome those stressful situations and move forward. Mind your reaction to stress and stressors, it will benefit you.
